The law firm Ošabnik, Klofutar and partners is the legal successor of the attorney office founded in 1992 in Kranj. It was here that Samo Ošabnik gained employment as an attorney trainee in 1999 and later became an attorney at law in 2004. Marko Klofutar joined the firm in 2000 as an attorney candidate and has been acting as an attorney at law since 2003.

The predecessor of the Law Firm Ošabnik, Klofutar and partners was the Attorney Office of attorney at law Damijan Pavlin. In 2007, it was converted into the Law Firm Pavlin and partners which operated as the successor and acquirer of the case files, clients and accounts of the attorney offices of attorneys at law Damijan Pavlin, Samo Ošabnik, Marko Klofutar and Polona Pavlin Bohinc.
At the end of 2007, the attorneys Damijan Pavlin and Polona Pavlin Bohinc left the law firm, the management of which was taken over by Samo Ošabnik and Marko Klofutar. The ambitious and rejuvenated office has gradually developed and with the addition of new associates has obtained an increasing amount of legal expertise.

At the beginning of 2009, the law firm was converted into a limited liability company, changed its name and for a brief time due to business needs also opened up an office in Ljubljana.

In 2011, we found an appropriate location for the modern law firm on Stritarjeva 6a (G Maps link) and again brought together all the firm’s attorneys under one roof.
